OwnAnApp may collect the following information where applicable:

- Business details
- Account and login information
- Order information
- Payment and billing records
- App configuration choices
- Materials supplied for an app
- Developer-account or AdMob information provided for purchased work

- Technical and security logs
- Marketing preferences
How We Use Information
We use customer information to:
- Operate the Studio
- Process orders
- Customize, build, and deliver apps
- Provide purchased setup or upload services
- Communicate about orders and delivery
- Provide support
- Prevent misuse and protect security
- Maintain accounting and business records
- Meet legal obligations
- Improve OwnAnApp using aggregated or de-identified information
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. OwnAnApp receives transaction and billing information needed to manage purchases, but does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Service Providers
OwnAnApp may share information only where needed with providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, hosting providers, technical infrastructure providers, and other providers reasonably needed to operate the Studio or deliver purchased services.
Customer information may be processed in other countries, including the United States, where these providers operate.
Emails
OwnAnApp may send essential operational emails about orders, delivery, account access, support, purchased services, security, or service notices. These are service communications, not marketing.
Marketing emails may be sent only when the recipient has opted in or where otherwise legally permitted. The optional marketing wording is:
Send me occasional app-related news, offers, and product updates from OwnAnApp and its related app websites, BuildApps.co and FerdigApp.no. I can unsubscribe at any time.
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing at any time while still receiving essential order, delivery, account, and support messages.
No Sale of Personal Information
OwnAnApp does not sell customers' personal information.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, support completed orders, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Customers may close their Studio account. Necessary order and transaction records may still be retained for accounting, legal, support, or dispute-handling purposes.
Security
OwnAnApp uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
